It’s Still a Sellers’ Market [INFOGRAPHIC]
Some Highlights
- Due to low supply and high demand, today is one of the strongest sellers’ markets we’ve seen.
- Sellers can benefit from more offers to pick from, higher home values, and a faster sales process. There’s a reason why 72% of people believe it’s a good time to sell.
- Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity.
Conclusion
While I see the Miami market slightly cooling off, it is definitely still a seller's market. Listings are receiving multiple offers, and buyers are still willing to pay above market value for homes. However, if the Federal Reserve continues increasing interest rates, I expect a more noticeable shift in the market within the next 6 months.
If you are considering selling, I would list it now.
